For use with particularly aggressive media, the CSVE type pipes are provided with a 2.5 mm thick chemical protection layer. The VE pipe type, which is suitable for less demanding media, only has a 0.5 mm thick chemical protection layer.
In addition to small nominal diameters up to 1,000 mm, the product range also includes a large-diameter pipe system with nominal diameters up to 4,000 mm. Depending on requirements, various pressure stages and vacuum levels up to -1.0 bar are available. The exact design of the large-diameter pipes is always adapted to the order or project.
There are various connection techniques available with GRP pipe systems. Bonded joints are a relatively quick installation variant for long straight pipe runs with nominal widths of up to 500 mm. Laminated joints, on the other hand, are suitable for more complex piping systems. If frequent disassembly is required, flange connections should be used at these points. Both collars with loose flanges and fixed flanges can be used for this purpose.
