Employees and enviroment
Employees can do everything: if you study them further, if you give them tools, but first of all, if you trust them to do something.” Hans-Olaf Henkel
The FKT Faßbender GmbH has long since recognised that the employees of a company are its most important resource. This applies to both the administration and the manufacture and assembly of our high-quality pipeline systems.
Employees who are healthy, well qualified and motivated are also efficient in their activities. We are constantly endeavouring to create a good working atmosphere and provide validation for deliverables rendered in order to establish an attractive working environment. Trainings and professional development to expand the competencies are carried out on a regular basis especially in technique, manufacturing and quality, supplemented by trainings e.g. in safety.
As a result we are able to ensure that the orders of our customers are processed with professional competence and reliability
We put great emphasis on safety. Continuous indication and also safety-related well trained and certified personnel are requirements to avoid accidents, which might result in personal injury, material damage or environmental damage.
Therefore an impartial safety company inspects FKT’s construction and production sites on a regular basis, trains and certifies our employees and examines our tools and utensils. Only these approved tools and utensils are released for use. And of course our employees wear the appropriate protective clothes and equipment necessary for their work.
Today environmental concerns have to be considered in company management since they are an inherent part of it. The FKT Faßbender GmbH takes on the responsibility towards the environment. We sensitize our employees concerning environmental protection and implement prevention measures together with our environmental officer.
Naturally we maintain proper handling with hazardous material and dispose of unavoidable waste environmentally appropriate. In addition we constantly work on further improvements such as reducing energy consumption.
